Curriculum Highlights

EYFS Curriculum following Early Years Foundation Stage with Prime areas (Physical Development, Personal, Social & Emotional Development, Communication & Language) and four specific areas (Literacy, Maths, Understanding of the World, Expressive Arts & Design). KS1 Curriculum includes English, Mathematics, Science and seven foundation subjects (Art & Design, Computing, Design & Technology, Geography, History, Music and PE) plus Religious Education and Personal, Social & Health Education (Relationships Education). National Curriculum is taught through termly topics with practical activities; reading uses Twinkl Phonics; English and Maths are taught daily; visits/visitors enhance learning.
