SEND Provision

The SEN Information Report and SEN policy outline how we identify children with special education needs (SEN) and the provision, interventions and support available within the school. It describes how we assess and monitor pupil’s progress and communicate with parents.

Admissions Criteria

Oversubscription criteria (in order): Looked After Children and previously Looked After Children; Current Family Association (e.g. sibling in the same school or nearer distance); Health and Special Access Reasons; Nearness of children's homes to the school (distance measured in a straight line using NLPG). If oversubscribed, places are offered to those closest; in the event of a tie, random allocation is used. Siblings from multiple births may be admitted above the PAN. Parents may defer Reception admissions and part-time start; appeals process is outlined.
