Breakfast and after school clubs run across the Willesborough Schools. Breakfast club options include 7:30am (Breakfast club), 7:50am (early birds) and 8:15am. After School Club runs in three sessions: 3:15pm-4:00pm (£4.00), 3:15pm-5:00pm (£7.50), and 3:15pm-6:00pm (£11.00). Holiday club operates during Easter holidays and the first four weeks of the summer holiday (8:30am-1:00pm £12.00; 8:30am-4:00pm £18.00). Bookings are via Arbor App for breakfast and after school clubs; Scopay for holiday club. A three responsible adults policy is requested for collection, with advance permission required for others. A medication form and school policy apply for medicines.
The Willesborough Schools Extended School Provision provides before and after school care and holiday care across both sites. To book, use the Arbor app. These clubs are accessible for families with children on both sites, ensuring continuation of care with familiar staff. Payment is online and in advance for each session, via Arbor App. Details of staff contacts for collection and health/medication policies are provided.
Admissions are managed by Kent County Council. The published admissions number for Year 3 is 120. In-year admissions are available. Over-subscription criteria include: Children in Local Authority Care; Current attendance at Willesborough Infant School or Willesborough Junior School; Current Family Association (sibling) in Willesborough schools; Health and Special Access Reasons (with supporting evidence); Nearness of home to the school; SEN (SSEN or EHCP naming the school). Notes also describe the waiting list re-ranking and the process for appeals via Kent County Council.
