Admissions to St Luke’s Primary School are arranged by North Lincolnshire Local Authority (the admissions authority). Normally children have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) completed after formal assessment. Exceptionally, a child may be admitted before formal assessment is completed, but this must be agreed by all relevant parties. Requests for a place are made by the LA’s SEN team and cannot be made directly by professionals or parents. The SEN Team can contact the school to gain more information and arrange an information-sharing meeting. When the SEN team formally requests a place, a teacher from the school will visit the child’s school or nursery and an information-sharing meeting with parents will be arranged. The SEN Team can be contacted by email, telephone, or post; Online: North Lincolnshire Council | The Local Offer.
