Nursery admissions follow Hertfordshire policy. If applications exceed places, the school uses a set of criteria in order: Children Looked After; medical or social need; named SEN (Statement); sibling at the school (unless in last year of age-range); nearest school; and distance to the school. The school aims to allocate places fairly and ensures each session (morning/afternoon) has appropriate staffing and meets curriculum objectives.
30 hours free childcare. Any hours beyond 30 are charged at £7.33 per hour. A self-funded full day is £27.50 (8:45am–3:30pm). Packed lunch may be required for full days. Nursery sessions are 8:45am–3:30pm with 15 hours funded weekly for eligible children; parents are responsible for applying for 30 hours free childcare via HMRC and may enter voucher codes if eligible.
