After School Care runs 3:15pm–5:30pm (Mon–Fri): Reception–Year 6 £5.00 until 4pm and £10.00 until 5pm (or £12.50 until 5:30pm). Nursery children (Little Hedgehogs on site) have wraparound care at a flat rate of £8 until 4pm or 5pm, with an additional £2.50 until 5:30pm (£10.50 total). Cancellations policies apply; bookings determine charges; late arrivals may incur extra time charges. Snacks provided during care (toast/fruit/drinks).

Reception Class Admissions (September 2026): birth dates 1 September 2021–31 August 2022; closing date 15 January 2026; applications online via Herefordshire Council. Bridstow Primary School is a Voluntary Aided School with Published Admissions Number (PAN) of 15 for Reception per year and a total capacity of 105 places. In-Year Transfers are handled directly by the school. Admissions Policy updated February 2025. The governing body is consulting on Admissions Policy for September 2027; provisional Admissions Policy documents are available. Parents may visit during the school day; attendance policies informed by Local Authority guidance.

Financial Information

Catering: Lunches are free for all children in Year R, Year 1 and Year 2; paid lunches are £2.65 per day (online via SchoolMoney).
