Ledbury Primary School uses Individual Learning Plan (ILP) targets and supports pupils through small focussed intervention groups and one-to-one learning. There is close liaison between the SENDCo, teachers, learning support practitioners, the child’s parents/carers and other agencies. Teaching uses concrete, pictorial and abstract learning opportunities with possible short breaks as needed. Regular parental meetings, family support and well-being interventions are offered, and progress is monitored through ILP targets and pupil progress meetings.
