8am to 6pm wraparound care for pupils in Nursery, Reception, Year 1, and Year 2. Includes scheduled clubs and activities, supervised free-play (outside and inside) and a hot breakfast and afternoon sandwiches and drinks – all at no additional cost to you, it is included in the termly Fee.
Learning Support (SWANS) is embedded in the curriculum with small group sessions in Years 9-13 included in the fee and 1:1 provision available if required, subject to capacity and additional charges where applicable. In Prep School, small group sessions are offered at no extra charge; 1:1 sessions may be charged separately in consultation with the Prep Head of Learning Support.
No entrance exams for transfer. Internal CAT assessments and timetable/academic tracking are used for admissions decisions. Applicants must provide copies of their two most recent school reports; there is a fast-track admissions route for Rendcomb families; offers and deposits follow, with a plan to align deposits. Nursery admissions are also described, with entry from age three and a minimum three full days per week.
All-inclusive fees cover wrap-around care, meals, school trips and most co-curricular activities. Some specialist activities (e.g., Flying Club, CCF, DofE) may attract a supplementary charge. Boarding fees include additional services such as breakfast, supper, housekeeping and laundry, and in-house activities. Flexible payment arrangements are offered during transition from Rendcomb.
