Curriculum Highlights

Focused Attention: small class sizes with an average of 15 pupils and a 1:8 adult-to-pupil ratio; customised 11+ tutoring for candidates at no extra cost. 100% of subjects taught by specialist teachers. Performing Arts: broad provision including drama, music and dance with LAMDA sessions and private music tuition. STEAM Skills: hands-on learning in labs and studios; introduction to AI, robotics and virtual reality. Sports Opportunities: extended PE curriculum and extensive fixtures; sport-for-all and elite programmes. Modern Languages: Years 5 & 6 learn all four languages offered (French, Spanish, Italian and Mandarin) in small groups with native-speaking teachers. Outdoor Learning: Forest School and outdoor learning across years, with use of the forest area and outdoor classroom. Wraparound Care

After-School Care: Yes

Extended hours from 7:30am to 6:00pm; wraparound care available until 6:00pm Monday–Thursday and 5:00pm Fridays; holiday sessions available for Nursery pupils.

SEND Provision

SEND provision includes identification and support via the Learning Development Centre; dyslexia-friendly teaching across the curriculum; early identification and appropriate support; referrals to external agencies when required.

Admissions Criteria

Nursery applications accepted anytime if spaces are available; Nursery has two sections (Nursery class from age 2 and Upper Nursery around age 3–4). Registration and place are offered on a first-come, first-served basis with exceptions for staff and siblings; priority given to achieving gender balance. For Reception and later, applicants register, may be invited to Stay & Play or Nursery visits, and deposits apply (see each section).
