Chalkwell Hall Junior School admission arrangements are made by Southend-on-Sea City Council. In oversubscription, priority is given in this order: Looked After and Previously Looked After children; pupils living in the catchment area with a sibling at Chalkwell Hall Junior School or Chalkwell Hall Infant School; pupils who live in the catchment area; pupils who live in the catchment area with a staff member; pupils living outside the catchment area with a sibling attending the school; pupils living outside the catchment area. For children without an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP), admissions are the same as for other children, with reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 to prevent substantial disadvantage.
