Head’s Welcome by Acting Head Nicola Jones describes Clayesmore as a warm, kind school where pupils are known as individuals, taught in small groups by staff who care about how they learn. Admissions Criteria

Prep admissions: No formal entrance assessments; informal assessment during a Taster day; share any EP/SEN reports; complete a registration form; pay a registration fee; deposit of £500 (UK) or £9,415 (Overseas); parental contract on offer. Senior admissions: Pupils should have the potential to pass at least 6 GCSEs; short entrance tests in English and maths; obtain a reference from the current headteacher and school reports; deposit of £1,000 (UK) or £13,753 (Overseas); moving up from Prep may reduce the deposit to £500. Applications, tours and staff meetings are part of the process; inquiries may be made to Admissions for further details.
