"Aspire not to have more, but to be more"
Alderley Edge School for Girls is a Joint Church School, representing both the Anglican and Catholic churches, in line with our foundation following the merger of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic School and St. Hilary’s School. Our Christian ethos is at the centre of day-to-day life at school. We welcome students of all faiths and none.
Caroline Wood, Headteacher, describes AESG as providing an innovative and challenging curriculum with a nurturing environment, blending academic excellence with exceptional pastoral care to help each girl reach her potential.
