As a Church of England School our Christian ethos is evident in all that we do, driving our behaviours and beliefs and giving us a very strong identity and firm foundations. Our context states the school will preserve and develop its religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England and in partnership with the Church at parish and diocesan level, promoting Christian values through the experiences it offers to all pupils.
Headteacher Mrs Nevin Deakin describes Marton as a family-centred, church-affiliated school with Sow, Nurture, Grow values, a strong Christian ethos, an ambitious curriculum, and an invitation to visit and be part of the school community.
