The school has a SENCo (Mrs Walker) and SENTA (Mrs Janet Cope). It uses a graduated approach to identify and support pupils with additional needs: Initial Concern, Class Action, SEN Support (Special Needs Register), and SEN Support Plus, with parental involvement in target setting and reviews and potential involvement of external agencies.
