Welcome to Curridge Primary School. We are proud of a safe, respectful and supportive environment with a dedicated staff and a broad, stimulating curriculum, complemented by a rich menu of extra-curricular activities and a strong sense of community.
Clubs
Woodlands Wake-Up Club is open five mornings a week during the school term from 8:00 to 8:45am and offers breakfast (cereal, toast and fruit) with the option for children to bring a packed breakfast or eat at home before the club. Woodlands After-School Club is open from 3:15 to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with a snack/packed tea required for attendees. Bookings can be made in advance (half termly or longer) or at short notice, subject to availability. Current prices are: Woodlands Wake-Up Club £5 per child per session; Woodlands After School Club £10 per child per session (siblings £9). Bookings are via the iPAL system (curridge.ipalbookings.com).
We are committed to ensuring that we use our Pupil Premium funding effectively to ensure that all our children who may be disadvantaged, or belong to vulnerable groups, achieve in line with their peers.
Curridge Primary School has a planned admission number (PAN) of 15 per year group. West Berkshire residents coordinate admissions. The school invites prospective parents to meet the Headteacher and arrange a tour; places may be available if spaces permit. Applicants are advised to read the West Berkshire Admissions Guide and apply through the Local Authority. PAN is normally up to 15 pupils per year group, though this number may be exceeded under certain circumstances.
