Stanbridge Lower School is housed in a building with old and new parts, and the school building retains its historical feel.

Curriculum Highlights

Forest School is a regular feature of the curriculum: Year 1 attend Forest School on Wednesdays; Year 2 on Fridays; Year 3 on Thursdays; Year 4 attend Forest School weekly in Autumn and ad hoc in Spring/Summer. Reception and Pre-School education are described as following a Hygge approach to learning in the early years. Year 3 explicitly states that it follows the National Curriculum.
