Admissions Criteria

Admissions to Reception are administered by Calderdale Local Authority. The published admission limit is 17 places for the reception year. Admissions to Reception follow a yearly timetable (register interest with the school office, Open Day, information/training evening, transition day). Places are offered by the local authority, usually around Easter. In-year transfers are managed by Calderdale MBC Admissions Team. The school is committed to equal opportunities; admissions for pupils with disabilities are arranged in full consultation with parents and external agencies. Nursery admissions are via direct application to the school. 15 hours free childcare are available for 3- and 4-year-olds; wraparound care and lunches are available (Lunches cost £2.80 per meal).
