Moorside Plus provides onsite wrap-around care for Moorside pupils, including Breakfast Club (7:30-8:45) and After-School Club (3:15-5:45), plus a Holiday Club (8:15-5:30).

Admissions Criteria

Moorside follows Salford LA admissions procedures for full-time education. Nursery admission is based on the child’s fourth birthday falling between 1 September and 31 August of the academic year; Reception admission is based on the child’s fifth birthday in that window; In-year transfers must go through Salford Local Authority Admissions.

Financial Information

Meals cost £12.15 per week (£2.43 per day). UIFSM provides free school meals for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Eligibility for Free School Meals is as detailed by Salford/Dept for Education. Payments are via ParentPay. Packed lunches are available. If dinner money is in debt, school meals will terminate and a packed lunch will be required.
