Welcome to Lewis Street Primary School from Executive Headteacher Paula Warding. The school emphasises partnership between Lewis Street, Christ Church CE and Lark Hill Primary Schools, a nurturing environment built on the values Excellence, Respect, Challenge and Self-belief, and a globally aware, engaging curriculum with a strong focus on nurture and inclusion.

Breakfast Club runs 8:00–8:40am (cost £2.50 per day; breakfast served until 8:30am) with activities such as Lego, books, colouring/puzzles, board games; After school clubs run 3:15–4:00pm (cost £1 per club); clubs include Multisports, Dance, Poetry and Preformance, Girls Football, Drawing club, Boys Football, Music, Multiplication Club. Regular attendance is expected; clubs are paid via Parent Pay where indicated.
The Leaf provides a special resource provision for Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, based on Nurture Group philosophy, with a full-time teacher and learning support assistants; emphasises PSHE and emotional regulation; learners join mainstream activities as appropriate.
