Headteacher Miss N Booth welcomes families to Gwladys Street, highlighting GOAL (Golden Opportunities for Achievement and Learning), the school’s two-form entry structure, historical roots since 1912, and emphasis on PSHE and parental partnership.

Curriculum Highlights

Curriculum goes beyond the basics to spark curiosity, build resilience and empower each child to dream big. Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) is an extensive component of the curriculum. A strong emphasis on developing a wide and rich vocabulary; real-life experiences are embedded in the curriculum.

Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes

Breakfast Club is available before school (7:45am–8:15am) with after-breakfast activities (sports, dancing, games and reading). Payments are via ParentPay; cash not accepted; cost £1.00 per day (sibling: £0.50).

Admissions Criteria
