Thank you for visiting our website. We hope that it has helped you to understand a bit more about us.
Nursery admissions: Children can be admitted to Nursery in the term after they become 3 years old. All children of Nursery age in England receive 15 hours a week of free early education. At Woodlands, this can be extended to 30 hours if eligible. Woodlands can accommodate up to 26 pupils at a time in our main Nursery classroom and 16 in our second classroom called 'Little Squirrels'. Nursery places are allocated by Woodlands Nursery and Infant School directly, and there is a Nursery Admissions Policy in the Policies section of the website. This will outline closing dates, offer dates and start dates, etc. Reception admissions: Woodlands Infant School's intake is 60 children each year; Children aged 4 years on 31st August are eligible for admission to school from 1st September. Admissions forms are sent to parents by the Local Authority. For advice or information concerning admissions, contact Solihull Council.
