Stivichall Acorns is our school-run before and after school care provider for pupils aged 4 to 11. Booking is via the 'My Child at School' app with a two-week notice period; payment is required at the time of booking. Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am; After School Club options include until 4:30pm (£7.50), 5:00pm (£9.00), 5:30pm (£10.50) and 6:00pm (£12.00) per child. The provision uses the school hall for activities and makes use of outdoor play areas including the playgrounds, large playing field, dell, Forest School area and quiet spaces. SEND Provision

Stivichall Acorns wrap around care is managed by the school and offers before and after school provision. Booking is via the My Child at School app with a two-week notice period. Breakfast and after-school sessions are available, with detailed daily costs and the caveat that prices shown are per child. The service includes use of the school facilities (hall and outdoor areas) and is staffed by a team of qualified personnel.

Admissions Criteria

Admissions are controlled by Coventry City Council. Year R admission number is 75. The school’s admission criteria are listed as: (1) children in care or previously looked after (including those adopted from state care outside England); (2) children living in the catchment area with a sibling at the school; (3) children living in the catchment area; (4) children living outside the catchment with a sibling at the school; (5) children of staff employed at the school for two or more years or in a hard-to-fill post; (6) all other children. If requests cannot be met within a category, allocations are based on distance from home to the school, with lots drawn in the event of equal distance.
