Headteacher's Welcome: St Christopher Primary is described as a two-form entry school with approximately 450 pupils on roll, including a Nursery. The school has two large playgrounds and playing fields, and aims to help pupils Aim High and be Kind, Honest and Respectful. PlayPals offers before and after school care for children from Nursery to Year 6 (ages 3–11). Our club is run by staff employed within our school who work very closely with all our school staff. It includes term-time price lists: Morning session from 7.30am (£6.00); Afternoon session from 3.30pm to 5.30pm (£8.00); Late pickup from 5.30pm to 5.45pm (£2.00). School Holiday Price List: Day session 9.00am to 4.00pm (£20.00); Early drop off 7.30am to 9.00am (£6.00); Late pick up 4.00pm to 5.30pm (£4.00). To book, contact Jodie Davies (Play Leader) on [email protected] or call. Requests may be placed on a waiting list during busy sessions.

SEND Provision

St Christopher Primary School provides SEN support through a named Inclusion Leader/SENCO, class teachers, Teaching Assistants, and a range of external services (Speech and Language Therapy, Integrated Primary Mental Health Service, Autism Specialist, Educational Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dyslexia West Midlands, SENDIASS). Pupils with SEN are monitored and supported via targeted interventions, with annual reviews for EHCP pupils and opportunities for parent and professional involvement. Transition and access arrangements are arranged as needed.

Financial Information

The cost of school meals from September 2024 will be £2.30 per day (£11.50 per week). Reception Year 1 and 2 have their meals paid for by government funding. We operate a pre-order system; the current menu is available via links on the site.
