Curriculum Highlights

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum structures the learning within Reception EYFS curriculum fully reviewed in line with the government’s EYFS Framework 2021 Three prime areas: communication and language; physical development; personal, social and emotional development Four specific areas: literacy; mathematics; understanding the world; expressive arts and design The curriculum in Year 1 and Year 2 is subject based and determined through the National Curriculum Regular cross-curricular links and subject-focused days to enhance learning Subjects offered include English, Phonics, Reading, Writing, Maths, Science, Religious Education, RHE/PSHE, Music, Design and Technology, Art and Design, History, Geography, Physical Education, Computing
