Curriculum Highlights

Reading is at the heart of the curriculum. Phonics is taught using the Supersonic Phonics Friends scheme. The curriculum is bold and ambitious with a focus on vocabulary, imagination and creativity. Learning about inspirational people encourages pupils to go out into the world and make it a better place. The curriculum includes learning about environmental and community issues and promotes courageous advocacy. The school emphasises 12 Christian values and Life in All its Fullness as a foundation for expectations.
