"achieving excellence in all our God given talents"
Saint Anne’s is a Catholic, Voluntary Aided Primary School in the parish of Saint Anne’s, Alcester Street, Birmingham. The Catholic faith is at the heart of our school. Religious Education and the Catholic ethos are central, and it is expected that all staff, parents and children will be fully involved in this crucial aspect of our school life. We accept children of other faiths and recognise the need to prepare all children for life in a multi-cultural society. We have a close partnership with Saint Anne’s Parish and our Parish Priest is Father Robert Murphy.
I would like to welcome you to Saint Anne's Catholic Primary School website. The Governors feel that the links between the school and home are vital, and we hope you find the site useful. Saint Anne’s is a Catholic, Voluntary Aided Primary School administered by a Governing Body, which includes parents, staff, foundation governors from the parish, and LA governors. The Governing Body meets regularly to formulate policy on Admissions, Discipline and Conduct, Attendance and Punctuality, Religious Education and the National Curriculum, and works to support pupils in partnership with families and the parish. Monica Powis is the Chair of Governors.
