Cross-curricular, thematic curriculum Little Wandle phonics scheme used for early reading (EYFS/ KS1) Big Cat reading scheme for early reading VIPERS reading comprehension skills taught across KS1 and KS2 Reading for pleasure is promoted and modelled by staff Owl-standing skills underpin the curriculum
