Clubs
Chilcote Stars Club provides wrap around care with a morning session from 7:45am to registration (cost £5.50). After school options run until 4:00pm (£5.50), 5:00pm (£9.50), or 5:45pm (£13.00). A snack is provided at after school club. Administration and finance of the club are run from the school office.

Chilcote admits 60 Reception places each year. Admissions operate within a catchment area with priority criteria: 1) Looked after children; 2) Catchment children with a sibling at the school; 3) Catchment children nearest to the school; 4) Non-catchment children with a sibling at the school; 5) Non-catchment children nearest to the school. Local Authority manages admissions for Reception; waiting lists for other years are held by the school; nursery applications are also handled by the Local Authority. Nursery places do not guarantee a Reception place.
