SEND Provision

We have a team of staff who work together to support the holistic needs of the child, which may include speech and language, academic support, social and emotional mentoring or behaviour support. We also have our specialist Cognition and Learning Resource Base that has 12 places.

Admissions Criteria

Reception admissions are handled by the Local Authority Admissions Team. Admissions into our Resource Base are allocated by SENAR. In Year Admissions: An in-year admission is the admission of a pupil to school which takes place outside the normal entry times. Birmingham Local Authority schools are responsible for their own in-year admissions. An in-year admission is the admission of a pupil to school which takes place outside the normal entry times. This includes pupils changing schools, pupils coming from a different country or from other parts of the UK, pupils returning to a school from living elsewhere or those who have not been in school.
