Reception places follow Birmingham Local Authority Admissions policy. Applications are online via the Birmingham Council admissions site. If there are more applications for Reception than places, offers are made in the following priority order: Looked after (in care) or previously looked after children; Siblings (brother or sister) who will still be in attendance at Rednal Hill Infant or Junior school; Age of child applying for Nursery; Distance (live nearest to school). The school takes three classes of 30 children each year (90 total). If more applicants than places, distance from school is the overriding factor in selection.
