Wraparound care facility named Explorers, relocated to the Prep School with a self-contained space including a technology hub, quiet zone, wet and dry activity zones, lockers, kitchen and dedicated toilets; operates from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
SEND support is offered to around 16% of the student body (mostly for dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia) with similar numbers having EAL; a five-strong team creates personalised learning plans and provides one-to-one targeted interventions, including a dedicated space with soundproof pods and a neurodiverse corner in the library.
Entrances: Nursery entry from the half-term before a girl’s 3rd birthday; Entry to Nursery–Year 2 requires no entrance assessment; Entry to Years 3–6 involves an assessment morning with online verbal and non-verbal reasoning plus an informal interview; Automatic transfer to Senior School for girls joining Prep in Year 3–6; For 11+ and 16+ entry, assessments apply with offers following assessment; 10+ pathway available for Year 5–6 entry with readiness for Senior School; 11+/16+ entry may require deposits and fees as outlined in the admissions materials; Overseas applicants follow the same processes with additional language assessments if needed.
