Wraparound care at Hackbridge Primary School includes a Breakfast Club (Term Time Only) and an after-school club run by Jancett Playsafe. Breakfast Club times vary by site: Hackbridge Corner site opens at 7:30am for Reception, Year 1, 2, 5 and 6; London Road site opens at 7:45am for Years 3 and 4. Jancett Playsafe 'Hackbridge Harriers' after-school club runs until 6:30pm at Hackbridge Corner (Reception, Year 1, 2, 5, 6) and until 6:15pm at London Road (Year 3-4). Places are limited; attendance requires a direct contract with Jancett; the school does not manage the after-school club. There is no wraparound care for Nursery. A walking bus between sites is not offered. There are meal charges for school dinners in Nursery 30-hour provision.

As a Community School, Hackbridge Primary School admits pupils in line with the London Borough of Sutton Admissions policy. All Reception pupils start at the Hackbridge Corner site and remain there until the end of Year 2; for Years 3 & 4, classes move to the London Road site; for Years 5 & 6, the year groups return to the Hackbridge Corner site. In-year admissions may be offered if vacancies exist and are coordinated by Sutton. Applications for Reception and other year groups are handled online via Sutton Admissions; waiting lists are managed by the local authority and not by the school. Tours and intake information are available through Sutton Council’s admissions pages.
Spencer Nursery fees page indicates nursery provision includes 15 hours universal free education or 30 hours universal plus extended entitlement; 26 part-time 15-hour places or 26 full-time 30-hour places. Please note that a meal charge will be payable if a school dinner is taken for 30-hour provision.
