Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Wraparound Care runs from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Breakfast Club provides a light breakfast in the morning session, and after the end of the school day children enjoy a healthy snack and activities such as crafts, outdoor play, reading and games; older pupils may begin their homework during wraparound. Wraparound sessions are available at an additional cost.

Admissions Criteria

Nursery entry is in September after the child’s third birthday; nursery offers are sent about 18 months before entry with priority given to siblings and to pupils from Dukes Education nurseries or schools; pupils automatically move from Nursery to Reception the following year. Occasional Places are offered on an ad-hoc basis subject to availability. Registration requires a fee (£100 for Nursery, £120 otherwise) and a deposit (£3,000) on acceptance. International applicants must show right to reside in the UK. Deferred entries and early acceptance to Dukes senior schools are available in some cases. The admissions process includes visits, tasters, and may require a school report. Deferral decisions are made in order of requests and availability.

Fees are charged per term for 3 terms per academic year. Nursery (minimum 5 sessions) ranges from £3,930 to £7,850 per term depending on weekly sessions; one-off Nursery session £78. Reception, Years 1–2: £8,798 per term; Years 3–6: £8,987 per term. Fees include a hot lunch; VAT information: Nursery fees are VAT-exempt. Wraparound care is available with additional costs (£10 for a 7:30–8:30am morning session; £19 for 3:30–6:00pm after-school session; £16 for half-termly option). Additional costs include £120 registration (or £100 for Nursery) and £3,000 deposit on acceptance. Monthly payment options are available. Bursaries are available via OHSET.
