"Learning our faith, living our faith, loving our faith"
St Michael & St Martin is a Catholic Primary School. Catholic Religious Education is at the heart of the school and forms the foundation of the entire educational process. The school uses the RE Directory – To Know You More Clearly and teaches World Faiths to understand the wider community. The Catholic Life is enriched with Masses and Liturgies, collective worship, and strong links with the parish and Diocese.
Headteacher Nicola Duggan states the school is a thriving Catholic primary with a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at educating the whole child, noting the Ofsted comment that leaders aim to 'open up the world' for pupils, and emphasizing strong Catholic ethos, community links and high KS2 outcomes.
The SEND Information Report (above) is a comprehensive document that details the support available in school and includes a link to the Local Offer of SEND support.
The school has an Admissions Policy (2026-2027). As a highly oversubscribed school, applications are ranked according to published oversubscription criteria. The London Borough of Hounslow provides the e-admissions process and outcomes are advised on National Offers Day. Waiting lists are maintained by the Governing Body in order of the oversubscription criteria, and there is a right of appeal if a place cannot be offered. An application must be made to the Local Authority (LB Hounslow) with both the e-admission and the school’s Supplementary Information Form (SIF). Parents may be asked to provide a Certificate of Catholic Practice for Catholic admissions.
