Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Sunshine Club (Wrap Around Care) provides high quality out-of-hours childcare for Nursery to Year 6. Morning session 8:00–8:45 with breakfast; Afternoon sessions include a snack and run until 4:00 PM for some cohorts and 6:00 PM for others. Booking is via ParentPay. The service is Ofsted registered and is available term-time only. Contact the Play Leader at 07938745886 during session times or the school office for details.

SEND Provision

Spring Grove recognises that all children have individual needs. A Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCO) works with teachers and parents to draw up Individual Educational Plans if needed. The school liaises with specialist services (Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language specialists, Social Services and other outside agencies) when needed. Children with complex SEN may receive a Statement of SEN which may trigger financial support.

Admissions Criteria

The school follows the London Borough of Hounslow admissions guidelines. Nursery intake is 39 pupils; Reception to Year 6 classes have 30 pupils. All admissions from Reception to Year 6 are managed by LBH Admissions. Nursery admissions are handled by the school. Nursery applications for 2026 opened 1 January 2026 and closed 6 March 2026; offers for Nursery are communicated after. Reception admissions are online via e-admissions with closing date 15 January 2026, offers sent 16 April 2026, and Accept Offer by 30 April 2026. The school offers 15 and 30 hour Nursery places; 30 hours may be available as paid additional hours for eligible families.
