The Breakfast & After School Club at Stanhope Primary aims to support busy parents by providing a caring, safe and fun filled environment for their children within a familiar setting. The breakfast club operates from 7:45am until 8:45am. Breakfast is included in the cost and is served until 8:30am. The after school club runs from 3:30pm until 5:45pm. You can book your child in via Parent Mail as often as you need. Breakfast and after-school provision is available for children in Reception to Year 6. If we have the appropriate staffing, an exception may be made for children, for example, who are vulnerable.
Inclusion is seen as a universal human right. The SENDCo coordinators are Ms. Martinez and Ms. Pietruszka. The Local Offer is used to describe services available for children and families with SEND. The Inclusion Team can be contacted via the school office ([email protected]).
Joining Stanhope in Reception is as follows: Children start in Reception the September after their fourth birthday. Birthdates must fall between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 for entry in September 2026. Apply to the local council (ealing residents via Ealing Council or via the council’s primary admissions routes). Key dates include: deadline 15 January 2026 and national offer day 16 April 2026. Breakfast Club: £4.00 per day. After School Club (half session): £4.50 per day. After School Club (full session): £9.50 per day. Nursery 30 hours free childcare funding: eligible families receive 30 hours free childcare (5 days, 8:30am–3:30pm). If eligible, a £5 per day fee covers the 11:30–12:30 gap. If not eligible for 30 hours funding, the second session costs £28.00 per day plus £5 per day for the gap.
