St Joseph’s is a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Southwark. The ethos is Catholic, guided by Gospel values and traditions, with Religious Education (RE) at the heart of the curriculum. The Way, The Truth and The Life (WTL) programme is used for RE, following Diocese of Southwark guidelines which allocate about 10% of weekly timetable to RE. Wrap around care is available for Nursery children. Breakfast Club opens at 7:45am and the last breakfast is served at 8:30am (children cannot be admitted after 8:40am). After School Club runs from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Nursery wraparound care is available from 7:30am to 6:00pm for £170 per week full-time. All nursery-age children are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare. If eligible for 30 hours funded childcare, there are options to access additional hours; eligibility depends on household income (e.g., income under £100,000) and an 11-digit code is provided. The setting also accepts Childcare Vouchers (Edenred), Childcare Grant Payments (CGPS), and Tax-Free Childcare payments.
