Academic curriculum with GCSE pathway (9 GCSE examinations at end of Year 11) School week structured as three days of academic study and two days of vocational training (drama, dance and singing) On Thursdays and Fridays, students follow a vocational programme developing performance skills Facilities for both academic and vocational training include classrooms, labs and studios Pastoral care including School Nurse, SEND support, PSHE, and safeguarding procedures

SEND Provision

The school provides SEND support including in-class help and some withdrawal sessions with a SENCO or LSA; there is a School Nurse; pastoral care through a Pastoral Hub; PSHE program; safeguarding arrangements; staff can refer students to safeguarding leads for support.

Admissions Criteria

Admission decisions are based on audition performance, academic tests and school reports/information. There is no fixed admission deadline; applicants are seen throughout the year. The audition process applies to both fee-paying and scholarship places. In the online application, applicants must upload the latest full school report and a photograph; vocational audition pieces and a full academic test (English and Maths) are required; three-day academic week requirements must be feasible for the applicant.

Fees are charged per term per subject. From Spring Term 2025, VAT at 20% is added to fees. New students pay deposits per subject and, in some cases, booking fees.
