Admissions Criteria

Open Events and admissions for entry at 4+, 11+, 12+/13+/14+, and 16+ (Sixth Form). Main entry points are 11+ (Year 7) and 16+ (Lower Sixth); occasional places in Years 8-10 (12+/13+/14+). Next 4+ Open Morning: 23 September 2025 (Prep). Open Morning for 11+ entry (for 2027): 13 March 2026. Open Events for 12+/13+/14+ entry in Autumn Term. Sixth Form Information Evening: 17 September 2025. Registrations deadlines: 4+ and 11+ (via Registrar). Closing date for 16+ registrations: 20 October 2025; Interviews: 20 November 2025; Offer: 1 December 2025; Acceptance deadline: 6 January 2026. Open Events must be booked via the Admissions Portal. Fees below are applicable from 1 September 2025 and are inclusive of VAT. Termly school fees are inclusive of books, lunch and Personal Accident Insurance. Lunches are not subject to VAT. A deposit of £3,150 is required on acceptance of a place (not subject to VAT); £3,000 is refunded after a pupil has left and a deduction of £150 for the Francis Holland Old Girls’ Life Subscription. Fees are based on annual operating costs and are payable by direct debit. A full term’s notice of withdrawal must be given in writing; Withdrawal Without Due Notice fee is a full term’s fees.
