"Go Shine in the World."
Our school has a strong Christian ethos which is truly inclusive and actively celebrates diversity. As a Church of England school we believe every child is made in the image of God and we value our close partnership with St Luke's Church.
Ofsted judged the school Outstanding in every area (Ofsted, 2022). The Head of School, Paul Smith, describes St Luke's as a caring, stable, intellectually and creatively stimulating environment that welcomes children from all faiths and none, with a strong partnership with St Luke's Church and membership in the Go Shine CE Federation.
Breakfast club runs from 8:00am, is open to all children from Reception up to Year 6, costs £1 per day, and is run by school staff. Children must arrive by 8:20am to eat breakfast and be ready to start the day. After school childcare until 6:00pm is available via a partnership with Queen’s Park Primary School (held at Queen’s Park Primary School) and costs £8 per day.
Some children may have learning, physical, emotional/behavioural or special needs which require special support or provision. Needs are identified and assessed according to the national code of practice and help is provided in school or sometimes from outside agencies. The SEND/Co is Mr Tandy. Policies include the SEND Information Report.
Admissions policy: To apply, you will need to fill both the St Luke's application form and a Westminster Local Authority application form. The Westminster application form is available on www.eadmissions.org.uk.
