"May God’s love shine in our lives as we care and share and learn together."
Holy Cross is a Catholic primary school with Jesus Christ at the centre of all we do. RE follows the scheme 'The Way, the Truth and the Life'; regular prayers, liturgies and Masses occur in school and in the parish. The school is closely linked to Holy Cross Parish, with parish priest visits and altar servers, and prepares pupils for the Sacraments. Liturgies, Masses, and various religious activities such as Mini Vinnies, Grow In Faith Together (GIFT), Harvest, Lent events, Passion Play, and Other Faiths Week are part of the Catholic Life of the School.
Acting Headteacher Mrs Catherine Mahony warmly welcomes visitors to Holy Cross Catholic Primary School. She describes it as a happy, successful and popular Catholic School within the Aspire London federation with St Augustine’s, emphasising high expectations, a commitment to helping pupils reach their potential, and a lifelong love of learning. The message highlights partnership within the federation and the Aspire London motto: 'Aspire not to have more but to be more.'
