Headmaster Patrick Mattar welcomes you; Established in 1876, Norland Place has an excellent reputation for high academic standards and traditional values combined with a forward-looking, modern day relevance. Norland is a happy, dynamic and successful school that prides itself on bringing the very best out of each and every pupil. We are committed to excellence, individuality and the holistic development of each student within a supportive and nurturing learning environment. We are a coeducational, non-selective school for boys and girls aged between 4–10. From September 2020, we admitted our first boys to Year 4 and we have now adopted a two-form, coeducational model which runs throughout our Pre-Prep and Prep. I look forward to welcoming you to our unique and happy school.
Norland Place admissions are non-selective. Reception entry is non-selective. There is a definite list and a waiting list; four definite places are allocated monthly; families with waiting list places are accommodated each year. A sibling policy gives priority on the waiting list. Occasional places may be available with assessment. For Year 3 and Year 4 entry, the admissions process uses a bespoke in-school assessment in January/February of the prospective year; overseas candidates will be invited to attend an online interview and assessment.
Registration Fee £120 inc. VAT (non-refundable). Tuition Fees: Reception (4.5 days) £8,612 per term (Year 1–6 £9,574 per term). Lunch (per term): £386 (Mon-Thu) or £482 (Mon-Fri). Extras (per term): Milk no charge; Music POA; Wednesday Sports £297.60 inc. VAT. All fees are inclusive of tax where applicable. Norland Place offers a remission of fees where there are three or more children from the same family enrolled at the school. Remission is applied from the term following the date of the written application to the Bursar.
