Wraparound Care

Wraparound care is offered to all year groups from 8am to 6pm in term time, including a Breakfast Club before school (8-8:45am) and Club House after school (3:30-6pm). A Holiday Club also runs for most of the school holidays from 8:30am-5:30pm.

Admissions Criteria

Main entry to Charterhouse Square School is at age 3. Children must turn three before 1 September of their admission year. Children may be registered from birth to 30 April of the year preceding their admission year. Places for Nursery are randomly allocated by an online ballot and there are 52 places. Registered siblings automatically receive a place, provided their brother or sister attends Charterhouse Square School in their first term of entry. For Nursery intake timelines, see the September 2027 intake deadlines (e.g., deadline for completed application with £180 non-refundable registration fee, ballot date, and deposit deadline). For other year groups, please follow Admissions Process for All Other Year Groups. The online application includes a registration fee of £180 (non-refundable).

Financial Information

Nursery: £8,074 per term (includes lunch; VAT-exempt). Reception to Year 6: Tuition £8,714 per term plus Lunch £450, total £9,164 per term. Tuition fees for Reception to Year 6 are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The annual fee is split into 3 termly instalments. Lunches are compulsory. Included: Books, Stationery, Personal one-to-one devices from Year 3, Trips/Year 6 Residential, Hot lunches, SEN Support, Counselling and Mental Health Support, all sports activities including swimming from Year 2. Not included: Before and after school clubs, individual drama/singing/music lessons, wraparound care. Sibling Discount Policy (from September 2024): discount applied to youngest child’s fee invoice at 5%; if more than one sibling, 10% discount on the youngest and 5% on the next youngest. Fees are due in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term. Optional monthly payments via School Fee Plan are available.
