Grazebrook is a welcoming two-form entry primary school for ages 3–11 with around 460 pupils. The Headteacher and Executive Headteacher highlight a passionate staff, an inclusive, aspirational ethos, and a rich, stimulating curriculum that builds language, imagination and a love of reading, preparing pupils as curious, resilient lifelong learners. Families and the wider community are valued and engaged.
Clubs
Our Space wraparound care runs 3:30pm–6:00pm (term time only). Breakfast Club runs 8:00am–9:00am (term time only).
SEN provision includes access to Educational Psychologists, Specialist teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, CAMHS, and in-house Learning Mentor Support. The SENCo is Alex Stockbridge. There are additional services and partnerships available (WAMHS, CAMHS, Family Coaching, OT, SaLT, REU, Hackney Ark, Complex Communication Clinic).
Grazebrook is governed by Hackney’s admission procedures. Reception admissions must be applied for through Hackney Education; in-year admissions are processed on a two-weekly cycle. Open events are recommended as part of the process.
15 hours free childcare from age 3; 30-hours free for working families if eligible. If not eligible, top up hours costs £100/week. Early Years provision includes 8:00am–6:00pm wraparound; before school wraparound £3.50/day and after school care £12/day.
