Technical Field

This is an internally standardized version of the Employment Rate, scaled to a 0-100 range for use in our performance scoring algorithm. For understanding what Employment Rate means, please see the Employment Rate field documentation.

The standardization process converts raw percentage scores into a normalized scale that can be combined with other metrics in our composite performance calculations.
